Using this app has been going great so far and it has definitely improved efficiency for our team. On top of that the customer support has been excellent whenever we've needed help.
Cons
One downside is that you need to purchase transmitters separately for integration.

Pros
It strikes a good balance between letting users configure it around their own needs while still keeping the level of standardisation needed for central programme management. The software is very simple to navigate and the standardised dashboards make it simple to fold into operational data requirements. The Cotopaxi team also keeps improving the platform, with regular updates as they continue learning more about user experience and changing demands.
Cons
My least favourite parts have less to do with the software itself and more with how the platform was implemented and how teams were onboarded onto it. The platform's full value still hasn't been completely realised.

“powerful modular features”
Pros
This app brings a lot of useful modular features and the product development approach behind it feels very solid. It makes good use of trending tools and lets us build customized process flows using real time data. I can track and manage opportunities at the group or enterprise level as well as at individual sites which is really valuable. The integration with other business systems is another big advantage and benchmarking against other sites adds even more insight. On top of that the Strata team has strong engineering expertise along with solid software knowledge and they do a great job identifying and unlocking the implementation of important savings projects.
Cons
The user interface can occasionally be a bit hard to navigate especially for less experienced users.

From the first look, it has a clean, user friendly interface that is quick to learn. It gives fast access to all data thanks to its transparent structure and dashboard set. Building a wide range of reports is very simple and the system has consistently remained stable with short response times even when handling larger volumes of data. It also keeps improving, with new features being added on a regular basis.
Cons
Because Strata is designed to be fast and simple, it can sometimes fall short on the level of flexibility needed to handle every real life scenario. That said, we have always been able to reach a satisfactory solution together with the Cotopaxi developers. In the end, it is still about finding the right balance between system complexity, maintenance and flexibility.

Pros
Getting to the data is easy and there are plenty of options for customizing reports. The alarm and target details are very helpful as well. It's also a very good tool for visualizing data.
Cons
Setting up reports and utility maps could be less difficult. It would also help if incorrect meter readings, like negative values or decreasing meter counts, were detected automatically.

“amazing custom analysis function”
Pros
One of its strongest points is its data trending and custom analysis functionality which gives it a very custom feel. It's also relatively easy to use and the setup process was fairly simple when integrating measurement devices into this program especially with the Cotopaxi integration expertise. The platform also offers solid integration options, including Ethernet, Modbus and others.
Cons
A useful improvement would be more customized alerts, along with stronger alarm capabilities and automatic exception reporting. I've already shared a few feature upgrade suggestions with our customer service rep.
