Unfortunately, my only experience with this company has been a negative one.
Cons
The system they created for handling customer ticket purchases crashed several times. Even worse, customers have been seeing fraudulent credit card charges after buying tickets through this. Since their core responsibility is to process credit card information correctly, that is a serious failure. Partnering with this company can end up damaging your business's reputation.
