Pros
Right after a hurricane, being able to show customers what their buildings looked like the very next day was incredibly valuable. The automated live updates completely changed the way we communicated and the internal alert system has been an outstanding bonus feature for our team. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone willing to invest a little time in learning a new platform.
Cons
This is definitely a complex platform so it takes a while to get comfortable with the navigation. That said, the onboarding support is excellent and they really go the extra mile to make sure you feel confident using the software and getting the most out of it.
