Visitor authentication on mobile using OTP works really well. It is a very effective application and feels quite easy to use.

Cons

So far I've enjoyed using this platform so there isnt anything I'd like to add here.

The OTP sent to a visitor's mobile works really well for authentication and feels like a very secure, almost foolproof way to verify visitors.

Cons

There have been a few instances where a weak mobile network prevented the OTP from getting triggered so the user had to bypass it. Also, that visitor's data doesn't get saved for the next visit which can be inconvenient if the same person returns.

Pros

VAMS's emergency SMS feature has been really useful and the guest check in/check out barcode system makes visitor handling much more organized. I also appreciate the notifications that include the guest's image since they add an extra layer of clarity and security.

Cons

The graphical user interface still needs improvement, as it could be more polished and user friendly.

One thing that could be improved is how it handles visitors or interns who come in every day or stay for a longer period, such as 1 to 3 months. Right now, they have to be registered under the casual labour category.
