This application has been really good to use and the support team is very helpful whenever needed.

I haven't run into any problems with this application and there haven't been any customer related issues either.

Its dashboard is well put together and the visitor tracking works nicely. The notification alerts are also very useful and help keep everything updated on time.

Pros

The pre appointment feature is the best part of this application. Visitors can book a time whenever they want so they do not have to stand in the queue and wait for a long time.

Everything with the application is fine overall although there are occasional slowness issues at times.

So far this has been the perfect solution for managing visitor data and the support team has made the whole experience even better with their excellent customer service.

At times the system slows down and occasionally hangs.

Reporting is useful especially for tracking visitor entry and exit details.

Its tracking system still needs work and there should be better controls to prevent bypass options for mobile numbers.

A very user friendly platform and it stores all the information in a very organized and clear way.

One downside is that correcting a name takes time if the wrong one was entered and saved the first time.

It comes with plenty of application fetchers built into the application. It's especially helpful for managing visitor entries through the dashboard.

Occasionally the OTP arrives late and it does need reauthentication at times. Until it comes through, the visitor has to wait outside.

The visitor entry process, report management and notification alerts have all been really useful for us.

While things can always be improved upon, we are pretty satisified with the product as it is right now. So we dont have anything major or specific to point out.

The system does not allow multiple visitors to be logged at once. It also lacks daily tracking for visitors staying across multiple days, keeps data for only 48 hours and does not provide reports on the number of users in the system.

Using this application feels very simple and user friendly. It comes with more than 30 features overall but the walk in feature is the one I use the most.

The number of pass formats is limited so they should add more options.
