“affordable cloud ticketing win”
Pros
After searching for a reasonably priced, clean, cloud based ticketing system, this one checked the boxes for us. We needed reserved seating so patrons could pick specific seats, while our staff also needed tools to handle the box office and manage season subscriptions. One thing that really stands out is the pricing model: it's fully transactional, with no upfront costs, no annual subscription fees and no extra charges for training or support. On top of that the online and phone support has been excellent and honestly better than expected.
Cons
Getting started was a little challenging because there wasn't much formal training during onboarding. That said, the online tutorials are helpful and the phone/online support has been outstanding. My biggest limitation with the platform is more about what's missing than what's there. It does support basic online donations but it's nowhere close to being a fully integrated donor management system. Because of that, we still have to use multiple platforms to cover everything we need. Even so, considering the price and overall value, that feels like a fair tradeoff. There are also some limitations in the visual side of the product. The seating charts work well enough but they could be more patron friendly, like showing an actual visual layout of the auditorium and letting users click directly into a specific section.

“online ticketing that really helps”
Pros
Having an online ticketing system available has made a big difference for our team and has made the workflow much more manageable.
Cons
At times, after selecting tickets and trying to assign a customer to them, the system ends up locking those tickets. When that happens, we have to reclaim them individually which takes a lot of time especially when someone is purchasing several tickets.

“flexible API”
Pros
Getting around the interface is fairly easy and it's possible to learn most of it without much hand holding. There are a lot of helpful features packed in so it can seem a little crowded at first but once the workflow clicks, it covers just about every part of the ticket selling process. The API is also a solid option for embedding sales directly into your own website.
Cons
The whole system from initial setup to event management to the API is really built around the idea of multiple performances within a single run, like a traditional theater setup. Because of that, one time events and continuously running shows take a lot more effort to manage. Ad hoc events are especially annoying since you have to create an entirely new event each time, including reminder emails, ticket settings and other details even when none of that changes between shows. On top of that copying an event doesn't carry over all the important pieces, such as event images. Managing ad hoc show dates under one event is also awkward since both the dashboard and the API lump them all together.

“quick website integration”
Pros
Being able to integrate it directly into our website without any hassle has been a big plus for us.
Cons
A few smaller details don't really work for the way we operate, like how shows are ordered in the drop down menus and there isn't enough flexibility to customize it for our specific needs.

“clean layout”
Pros
Figuring out how to use and navigate this is simple. The toolbar on the left hand side keeps everything organized and makes the layout feel clear.
Cons
At the beginning, having so many available options was a bit confusing until I got used to where everything was.
