Using this app has been easy for both end users and administrators. The support team is very accommodating, responds quickly to issues and updates and helps keep disruptions to a minimum. Online and phone support are both readily available and Verified also does a solid job assisting with contractor compliance and monitoring.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints about this. The platform works exceptionally well and the Verified team provides outstanding support with a strong focus on delivering the outcomes users are looking for.
