“all in one visitor management”
Pros
It handles everything for us, from visitor check ins and vendor registrations to inventory management so all of it is managed in one place.
Cons
They release updates quite frequently and while that's a good thing, we have to install them every time. The downside is that during the update, we can't use the system for visitor check ins at the same time.

OTP authentication works well and the app includes useful features for taking a photo, capturing all the necessary details and notifying the host.
Cons
It's quite limited in that it only works specifically with Apple devices.

The platform feels very customer friendly. On top of that the backend team is proactive, supportive and quick to help whenever needed.
Cons
A mobile app would be a valuable addition. It would make it much more convenient to use on the go and access everything anytime from a phone.

Returning to any facility is a pleasure with this. Check in stays fast and there's no need to enter the same information manually every single visit.
Cons
I've only used it from the visitor side when going to client locations so I can't really point to any downsides.
