Real time reporting has been a big plus for us. It's helped our team keep up with field operations and stay on top of everything as it happens.

Cons

Getting it implemented wasn't simple and it took some effort for our field staff to adjust to it.

This app covers all the important functions I need and the system is feels great to use.

One thing I'd like to see improved is the ability to update older forms. It would be helpful to have an option to go in and edit those forms directly.

Using the app feels easy and moving through the different sections is simple.

If I'm working on several reports back to back, the app version takes too long to load. I can switch to the website and get much faster load times.

It covers basic functions well enough for most part.

Even after paying for the reporting and analytics module, the data it provides is basically useless. Any configuration changes or customizations still have to go back to the developers which is frustrating. There's also no way to scale notifications by severity or set them around specific criteria. On top of that the classification categories are poor and don't line up with industry standards. Overall, it feels decades behind other software in this space.

Whenever I need information or a document, I can pull it up right away without any trouble.

Up to this point, I really haven't run into any problems with the app or the program.

Even people on our team who aren't comfortable with computers, phones or other electronics can use this without much trouble which says a lot about how user friendly it is. It works really well on mobile job sites and the instant, just in time reporting helps us cut down reporting time for clients quite a bit. Another big plus is being able to attach photos and documents right away. I also really appreciate that we can create both preliminary and final reports that come out looking polished organized and professional.

Cons

Something I'd still like to see improved is the forms area. It would be helpful to have dropdown options linked to specific categories, more of an if this then that setup. It would also be useful if forms could be saved as drafts so users could keep adding to them, revising and signing throughout the day while getting real time notifications, then finalize everything at the end of the day or shift while still keeping a searchable final draft history similar to incidents. That kind of functionality would be especially valuable for safety permits like confined space, working at heights, hot work and MOCs.

Right from the start, the integration went really well. The team have always been very willing to add features or adjust a form whenever we've needed it. The software is user friendly for employees to work with.

Honestly I'd like to see is more convenient filtering options within the document screens.

There's a lot built into this software especially the user messaging and reporting tools and that gives it a lot of value.

It can feel a bit overloaded with features so figuring out how to use everything can be somewhat overwhelming at first.

The customer support team is excellent, interface is simple to work with and the output is useful and relevant. It also delivers strong value for the price and the functionality keeps expanding with ongoing improvements.

I really haven't run into any problems so far. Since it's a newer product, it's still evolving but updates are released often.

Reporting feels completely transformed with this software. It's very user friendly and easy to use. The product is high quality and has genuinely helped save lives through real time reporting and communication at the click of a button. It also offers plenty of options that help improve the functionality and overall quality of your service. Definitely a must have and I would absolutely recommend it. On top of that the customer service is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful when getting started.
