“huge space management win”

Pros

Getting our team up and running with this app didn't take much effort because the interface feels very user friendly and didn't require a long onboarding process. It gives us all the functionality we need to manage space utilization across 20 offices around the world and the biggest benefit has been getting rid of manual headcounts and workstation audits. Those tasks used to take a lot of time and were also more likely to include errors. It's also worth mentioning that working with a BPO like ours was fairly new for their team since we weren't their usual type of client but both the platform and the people behind it handled the challenge really well. Anytime we've reached out with questions, support has been quick to respond and actually helpful. Considering everything it provides, the pricing feels fair and we've seen a clear ROI through much more efficient real estate management.

Cons

The setup does take some patience and there's definitely a learning curve if you want to use the full feature set effectively. It's best to expect a bit of ramp up time before you're really getting the maximum value from the platform.

“organized colorized floor plans”

Pros

Seeing our floor plans presented through Wisp has been the biggest highlight especially with the visuals created by the colorizer. The setup process was quick, the platform is simple to work with and the onboarding plus ongoing technical support from the Wisp team has been really appreciated.

Cons

There is nothing specific to call out as a downside. Moving over to this platform was a significant change but it brought a lot more functionality. As our work has evolved, Wisp has helped us go beyond what our previous tool was able to handle.

“clear occupancy visibility”

Pros

Being able to see occupancy across floor, building and city levels is the part I value most in this. It cuts down the time needed to verify capacity and make decisions about how to organize employees in office spaces. The platform also gives a clear view of open workstations which makes space planning and seat allocation much more efficient.

Cons

It would be even better with stronger integration into employee management systems so workforce and seating data could stay aligned and require fewer manual updates. More flexible, customizable reporting would also make it easier to support specific business and client needs. Another difficulty is the time and expense involved in updating and uploading floor plans. Since our organization is constantly growing and changing, a faster and more affordable way to manage floor plan updates would make space planning, operational responsiveness and the overall user experience much better.

“better view across locations”

Pros

It has given me a clear view across all 55 of our locations and the level of control we needed to support our growth and manage our footprint more effectively as we continue working to right size it.

Cons

Because of the security safeguards on our network, we still haven't been able to set up desk reservations on mobile devices. That's not really the app's problem so much as it is a challenge in our industry when it comes to bringing outside apps onto our network.

“user friendly editing”

Pros

Using Wisp has been going great. I can pull up any floor plan and make updates within seconds. On top of that everyone I've worked with on the Wisp team has been kind, helpful and very responsive whenever I've needed assistance.

Cons

Every now and then, I need to refresh a page to get it to load completely but that only seems to happen once or twice a month. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints about the product.

“portfolio tracking done right”

Pros

This platform is built around the kind of portfolio data companies actually need to monitor and report on. One of the most useful things for our users has been being able to view business unit boundaries directly on floorplans and download prebuilt reports that track square footage, occupancy and vacancy all the way from the building level down to individual floors. On the admin side, there are even more features and data points available that help us manage and track what we need. It's user friendly and also connects well with our other company systems.

Cons

Only downside for us is that one of our offices had been using a stacking feature that was recently removed and we're hoping Wisp brings that back. Outside of that, I really don't see any meaningful cons.

“fantastic support team”

Pros

Everything has been going well with this app since we started using it and the support team has been fantastic whenever needed.

Cons

One of the recently added reservation module still feels pretty basic and doesn't match the rest of the software very well. Hopefully, this feature gets improved and expanded soon.

Pros

Its really user friendly. Whenever an issue or question comes up, I just reach out to my contact and she responds as quickly as possible.

Cons

At this point, I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike about it.

“useful planning tools”

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about the platform is the space planning scenario, asset tracking and reporting features. I also rely on it to provide my monthly distribution lists which has been very helpful.

Cons

A downside is that it doesn't integrate with another program like Lenel so the numbers aren't fully accurate when associates are added to or removed from the company.

Pros

Getting started with it took some effort but once it was up and running, it delivered exactly what we needed. It's easy to use and having all the information gathered in one place has been really helpful.

Cons

The initial setup was a bit complicate although that tends to be true with just about any similar option.
