Pros
It brings together a full set of features in one user friendly platform, combining field service management, CMMS and asset management in a way that works really well. Having everything integrated in one place has improved operational efficiency and made the whole process much more transparent.
Cons
Nothing major to complain about. There are just a few small issues but they're minor enough to overlook.
