work orders finally organized

Pros

Handling work orders with this has become much more well organized. It's a lot simpler to create, assign and follow up on tasks for both scheduled maintenance and unexpected repairs which saves time and keeps everything far better organized.

Cons

That said, the platform does have a learning curve when it comes to deeper customization. If your processes are especially unique or complicated, setting everything up exactly how you want can take extra time or some technical effort.

maintenance standards that stay consistent

Pros

Having it in place helps keep maintenance standardized across the board. It makes it much simpler to apply maintenance policies consistently and monitor performance over time.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is the option to assign default permissions for new users. That said, it's still manageable as it is and the team seems to be actively looking at improving this.

better service tracking

Pros

Being able to handle service requests with this platform has made the whole process much more efficient. It also improves communication between departments and helps make sure every maintenance task is properly documented.

Cons

The reporting engine could use more flexibility although that seems like an area where more user specific customization could be added over time.
