“Expensive training, poor value
Pros
To be frank, it's been more trouble than it's worth. We're always dealing with glitches and the information it provides is often incorrect.. On top of that you have to pay extra for training after buying the program. Total waste of money.
Cons
They aren't very transparent upfront. It's hard to get someone on the phone and it's too expensive.

“Incredibly reliable for years
Pros
The most impressive thing about Albi is how incredibly reliable it's been for our restoration business. For almost four years it has managed our projects and client info perfectly without any technical problems or downtime. It reliably handles everything from tracking jobs to customer communication which is essential in our fast-paced line of work.
Cons
There's very little to dislike, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The only small annoyance is being logged out automatically after being inactive. I get it's for security but it can interrupt my workflow when I just step away for a minute and need to check something quickly. It's a minor thing compared to all the benefits though.

The customer service team is unlike any other I've dealt with.. they're genuinely friendly and always go above and beyond. It really feels like they care.
Cons
Wish we could do more customization and actually remove features we don't need instead of just being able to disable them.

Pros
This software is so flexible and can be tailored to how we run our company. I love that they've thought of everything and have a solution for anything we need to track. The customer service is amazing and I appreciate that they're still working to improve an already great product. It gives me peace of mind knowing they'll grow with us.
Cons
Price is steep especially for a small startup like ours. We're not fans of the per-user pricing model.

What I find really useful is how we can send contracts to customers and then track whether they've been signed, all through Albi and email.
Cons
I'd really love the option to send a text directly from Albi. Some customers prefer texting over phone calls and it would organize the process. Or even just the ability to save a contact directly to my phone from Albi would help.

For our day-to-day work, Albi is fantastic. Its amazing how easily our existing paperwork translates into the system, it just makes sense. This has saved us so much time by cutting out duplicate admin tasks, and having the whole team access job information in one place is a game-changer
Cons
The initial setup was a real headache. Importing our old data was a major hurdle, I spent nearly three days trying to format a spreadsheet to no avail and we eventually had to type everything in manually. The QuickBooks integration also isn't working well for us, leaving our historical data messy with no easy fix. Sometimes, it feels like the features weren't quite built with real-world, messy data in mind, which can be frustrating.

The best part is the daybook and how organized everything is.
Cons
It's very difficult to get an accurate floor plan of a chamber. You can only see the total square footage after it's drawn, you can't see the individual length and width. Also pictures taken directly in the app never upload, I always have to take them with my phone's camera and upload them separately later.

I like having access to all the application's functions and its well-structured layout.
Cons
We have quite a few team members whose first language is Spanish and I haven't found a setting that allows the application to switch languages. I apologize if the setting exists and I just missed it.

The whole team loves that they can see any customer they need to, all in one system. And the fact that Albi is so straightforward makes it even better.
Cons
I'd really like a feature to text directly from the app which isn't available right now. Some of our customers prefer texting and it's a bit of a workaround to get the number to text them elsewhere.
