“Please avoid it!
Pros
Initially it was great for handling all the administrative tasks for my business. But later it ended up disappointing us.
Cons
There are so many cons but one I dislike the most is the calendar feature that deletes information without any backup which is a complete nightmare.

Pros
I really like how everything I need is all in one app. As this eventually saves me time and effort.
Cons
What I did not like most was the calendar system. Calendar tools are evolving quickly and AroFlo should integrate with platforms like Google, Outlook and Apple instead of trying to create its own scheduling solution. Also I think that invoice and quote templates should not be part of it but rather something they partner with the best in the industry for.

Pros
The more I use it, the easier it becomes to navigate and understand. Plus the customer support is great too though I rarely feel a need to contact them.
Cons
There are so many aspects of it that I have not had the chance to explore yet. So cannot say much for now.

Not only is it easy to navigate but it also quickly imports supplier details and pricing making the process smooth and efficient for better management and decision-making.
Cons
I feel like changes to aspects like formatting and colors for example could improve the overall experience.

Pros
The quoting templates and the easy inventory updates are proven very useful for us making it much simpler to manage quotes and keep inventory accurate.
Cons
The inability to restrict attachment options in emails is the only downside that I noticed so far.

AroFlo lets us assign specific jobs to our team allowing them to upload photos, material costs and labor hours for precise job pricing.
Cons
Our only issue arises when we are in areas with poor internet coverage as photos and other files cannot be uploaded.
