Best support team I've ever come across

Pros

It's a very flexible system. I can manage and modify settings myself without needing any dev work or updates from the team. The scale of what you can change on the fly is amazing. I had the initial implementation up and running in just a day with custom integrations completed within a month. It's built to work across multiple industries which worked perfectly for our solar business. The feature set is really comprehensive. Almost every time management requested something new, it turned out to be either a setting update or an existing feature we hadn't discovered yet. Both the web and mobile versions are super user-friendly. It's easy for business owners and field workers to understand. The mobile app keeps things simple while still giving workers all the information and functionality they need. Being able to link to past visits was a huge win for our team. Their integrations team is fantastic. We started with a Salesforce integration and whenever I'd get additional requests from the business, they'd almost always turn around updates in one day. That kind of turnaround is unheard of for these types of updates. They even integrated with TaskRay for our project management needs. When we needed features that weren't available, the team was great about working with us to find alternatives or workarounds. They take customer requests seriously and constantly release new features. We had a specific need for Salesforce integration that wasn't natively offered and their team worked with us to create a solution with incredibly fast turnaround. Both our account manager and developer took time to understand our business needs and goals so they could help with implementation properly. I've managed many SaaS implementations throughout my career and this is hands down my favorite vendor to work with. Can't say enough good things and hope to see them continue growing.

Cons

I can't recall if photo markup was released yet or not. We needed some CRM integration features that weren't available natively since we were syncing three different apps simultaneously without creating duplicate records though the team quickly developed a custom solution for us. The photo and file bulk download on tasks is tedious since we have to save files individually and with workers taking 50-100 photos for record keeping, it can become too much. An integration could automate this process.
