“Really pleased with this app
Pros
I really love the Part Orders and Inventory feature. It makes managing parts so much easier and I can even order them from different suppliers. The app's interface is super easy to use and the features are incredibly helpful.
Cons
The license plate scan requires a really steady focus from the camera, which can be a bit tricky at times.

“Offers a lot of useful tools
Pros
The different templates for repairs, inspections and more make filling out work orders simple. The reports feature offers a ton of options, so I can generate reports with all kinds of useful info. I also use the marketing tools to send emails to my customers and they're a big help!
Cons
Sometimes, the VIN search doesn't return results which is a bit frustrating when you're trying to find specific info.

“Great software overall
Pros
The user interface is great and there are so many features that I find useful, especially the technical documentation. Setting it up was a piece of cake and I use it regularly without any issues.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about, just a few minor lags when searching from the dashboard.

“Perfect for small auto repair businesses
Pros
I love being able to search for vehicles using the VIN or license plate. It's so easy to find maintenance records and labor estimates for any vehicle. Plus, the integration with Google Ads and Yelp is a nice touch. And whenever I need help, the customer support team is always on point.
Cons
The multi-location functionality feels a bit too limited for what I need. It could use some improvements.

Pros
There's such alot of repair manuals from various sources and I can even create my own for specific vehicles. The app has labor estimates for almost all vehicles, which saves me so much time. Everything is really easy to use and the interface is super flexible.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really see any serious downsides to this app. It works pretty well overall.

“ARC works really well
Pros
I really like the communication center. It lets me send invoices as PDFs to customers, share repair links for approval or rejection and so much more. I've been using this app for over 2 years now and it keeps getting better.
Cons
Not all deleted data can be restored from recovery, which can be a bit concerning if something gets lost.

Pros
This app is so simple to understand and use. I use it every single day and it has so many features that make my life easier. Whenever I have an issue, the customer support team is always quick to help me out.
Cons
Nothing too serious but I did notice the functionality is a bit limited in offline mode.

“Couldn't ask for a better app
Pros
The ability for multiple users to edit the same work order is super helpful, especially when it's parts vs. service techs. I also love being able to look up vehicles by VIN or license plate. And the support team is always really responsive, which is a huge plus.
Cons
The financial reports don't provide as much data as I'd like, so I'm hoping for more in the future.

“Amazing app
Pros
The Technical Information feature is a game-changer, especially for things like Tires , Wheels and Fluids info. The Workflow Timeline is also amazing since it shows real-time updates on work statuses. Overall, It's really easy to use and if I ever run into an issue, the support team is always fantastic.
Cons
The VIN and license plate scan doesn't always work as well as I'd like. It could definitely use some improvement.
