“Simplified management of teams and field services
Pros
Using this app has made generating real-time reports so much easier. Before we had to do everything manually which caused delays and made it hard to deliver updates to customers on time. Now the reports are quick, accurate and ready when we need them. Also I like how it connects with the ticketing system and scheduling which really helps us manage service requests more smoothly. The setup was simple too and the Auvo team gave us great support every step of the way.
Cons
It does not have an API to let customers open tickets directly from our website which would be a helpful feature. There is also no mobile app for customers to open or track their tickets and no mobile app for the team to manage them either. Also it would be great if it allowed more customization options like changing button colors to match our branding. Another downside is that the platform does not let us insert, edit or modify photos in questionnaires through the management system which can be limiting.

Cons

Pros
Auvo has been a huge help for us by combining work scheduling and PMOC generation all in one platform. It has made our workflow much smoother and more efficient saving us a lot of time.
Cons
The product is easy to use but I would suggest some small improvements to the mobile agenda page.

“Would be great if they could add some advance features
Pros
This system is so simple to use because it is specifically designed for technical support teams and after looking around, we could not find another system with as many relevant features for this department.
Cons
We would love to see more functionalities for the back-office like additional options to send messages to customers and integrations with WhatsApp, so we do not have to rely on third-party apps for communication.

“Good scheduling system though fuel reports lack precision
Pros
I love the scheduling system with check-in and check-out alerts. Plus the ability to add photos and have customers sign off is something I like too.
Cons
Well I feel like the fuel report could be more precise.

“Managed Operator Journeys Well but the App's Monthly View is Limited
Pros
Managing field operators has become much easier. We can track the entire journey of each worker in real-time including their arrival and progress on the job. Plus the platform offers features that support the entire service process from start to finish. It's modern and user-friendly.
Cons
It is a bit inconvenient that the app does not have the agenda on the main screen like the browser version does. As it would be helpful if the app interface showed the entire months schedule so technicians can get an overview of all their appointments without having to scroll through each day individually. This way they won't miss any notifications that pop up on their phone.

“Easy to use and customizable, needs service scheduling
Pros
The app is very easy to use and the technical support team responds quickly whenever we need help. The customizable questionnaires are a huge and the task history feature is really helpful for keeping track of everything.
Cons
Auvo service scheduling is limited. Also I noticed that sometimes the app lags on mobile causing task data for the day to be lost.
