Pros
I appreciate how simple it was to get this up and running. Set up and integration process went smoothly. The interface is tidy and it delivers valuable insights that really help with decision-making. What impressed me most is how comprehensive the solution is, it seems to cover virtually every aspect of retail operations.

“Amazing geo-location tagging feature
Pros
I like the real-time geo-location tagging feature. We've been using it to create weekly sales reports for each of our sales team members and it makes tracking so much easier.
Cons
The reporting interface feels pretty outdated. Occasionally the end-of-day process fails to run which can be frustrating.

Sales automation capabilities have been superb and I'm impressed by how mobile-friendly everything is. There are so many intelligent features packed into this platform that make my work easier. Setting it up was smooth and connecting it with our other applications happened without any issues. Real-time communication works perfectly, plus it handles HR tasks and branding needs really well.

The interface is user-friendly and packed with smart functionality that really makes a difference. Communication tools have gotten much better and the HR features are powerful . Pros
Great how easy to use it is. The sales forecasting feature has been helpful for planning and the geo-tagging feature adds great value. The support team is cooperative and always there when we need assistance.
Cons
Takes some time for customizations since they need to run feasibility checks first but I haven't run into any real problems yet.

I'd consider this one of the backbone tools for our Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics teams in FMCG. The product is simple, efficient and user-friendly. There's a solid range of features that really help you understand sales and distribution from an analytical perspective. The reports and dashboards make it easy to track how well employees are hitting their sales targets.
Cons
The only downside I've noticed is that it can be sluggish at times and doesn't always respond right away.

Pros
I love how this platform consolidates everything instead of juggling multiple programs. It covers order booking, DMS, collection recording and claims management all in one place. Training new users is so easy even for people who aren't tech-savvy.
Cons
The lack of an iOS app is really frustrating since most sales managers and senior leadership use iPhones. The interface could also use more customization options to fit different workflows.
