Using this platform has made day-to-day work much simpler for me. Our company got a lot of value from handling jobs and tasks through it. Their team is also very helpful if you call them and they can customize the software to fit your specific needs.

Cons

I didn't run into any real issues. I genuinely enjoyed using the software and they supported me the whole way through.

Pros

Getting started with it is easy. It's quick, does exactly what it needs to do and up to this point it has been very reliable. The information it records also gives me added protection as an installer.

Cons

Calendar layout can make jobs a bit difficult to locate. A full month view showing every day at once, similar to the Apple calendar, would make it much simpler to use.

Plenty of the built-in features can be customized and getting users set up with security settings and profiles is quick and easy. It's also affordable compared with other providers and the IT team is pleasant to work with.

Cons

There are times when navigation feels slow especially when moving between jobs and the scheduler. We've also had some downtime caused by human error and customization isn't always simple once you need something outside the standard scope.
