It's okay for what it does. The paperwork functionality is alright, but it's not anything extraordinary.
Cons
The integrations are pretty bad and their cancellation process is a joke! They don't even have a way to reduce seats or cancel directly. I got assigned to a retention specialist who supposedly reduced our seats from 15 to 3 but I kept getting charged for 15 anyway. I emailed them for 11 days trying to cancel the remaining 3 and get a refund for the difference, but I got no response from my account managers. I was completely ghosted. Honestly, the worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

“Bad business practices”
Pros
When Canvas was first around, it was one of the few options but now there are many more affordable, user-friendly alternatives that work even better.
Cons
They wouldn't let me reduce my seats or cancel my subscription. To cancel, I basically had to close my credit card. It honestly felt like they think they own me just because they have my data.
