Everything organized, awesome support!!

Pros

I'm a big fan of this company! Their support team is awesome and they've seriously helped us organize everything from billing to scheduling. I'd recommend them to any construction business that wants to get organized and keep everything in one place. The staff is great, West is one of the best, she really helped get us set up and is always there when we need her. The rest of the support team is right there with her too. Any time I need something or have an idea, they make it happen. A huge thanks to them for everything they do for John Evans Const and Design.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything bad to say! They've always been there for us whenever we need them.

makes our job easier

Pros

I love how this software makes our job easier. Everything about it, how easy it is to use, the scheduling, the workflow even the customer care. They've always got someone available during work hours whenever I need help.

Cons

I use this for everything in my business and I seriously haven't run into any downsides yet.

Scheduling & automation in one spot

Pros

My favorite parts are how easy it is to schedule customers and store all their info and attachments in one spot. I also really like being able to use texting and the automation for different features.

Cons

My only gripe is that there's no app you can download from the app store. Having an easy-to-use app for my crews out in the field would be a huge help.

really easy to use and organized

Pros

I find the software really easy to use and super organized.

Cons

Sometimes when IMS updates information, it doesn't sync over to Cilio. Also notes sometimes don't send to IMS or they end up sending twice.

Pros

It is easy to use and feels friendly. I've had a few minor issues here and there but nothing major.

Cons

I wish I had better access to the Lowe's software. Sometimes customers ask me questions about their order and I don't have much information to go on.

Tweakable, friendly, flawless fit

has everything we need to work !

Pros

This system has everything we need to work with a big-box retailer and keep our own work organized. We've actually been able to maximize our profits since we started using it.

Cons

Sometimes there are tricky little problems when it tries to communicate with the big-box store's system.
