Affordable and feature-rich tool

Pros

Clik offers great value for its price and stands out with excellent features. When compared to its competitors, it is the only reasonably priced option I found.

Cons

Some features are not as easy to use as others and at times menus are buried within other menus.

Happy user for over a decade

Pros

The database is so easy to use and can be adjusted to meet the specific needs of our business.

Cons

It would be great if you could see a full years schedule for all clients. Right now I have to rely on an Excel spreadsheet for easier access.

Good services

Pros

Since we have only recently started using the software, we don't have too many pros to mention yet. However the system is definitely set up to track things like P&L and engineer performance accurately with reports. One thing we can say for sure is that the system has a vast range of options and settings allowing it to be tailored to your needs. Overall it is a very customizable tool.

Cons

The software has been challenging to learn. We have been training and trying to get it up and running for a while now. However once we get the hang of it we can clearly see how it will be an amazing tool to help us manage our business.

Their services are top-notch

Pros

The job creation and management features are fantastic and it is also really fast with a lot of customizable options. Plus Click service is packed with so many features which is hard to believe. I have never regretted buying it.

Cons

My only issue is with the way engineers are scheduled in the system. Other than that I really enjoy using it and I am excited to introduce it to many other companies.

Powerful tool but has some issues

Pros

Clik is a very powerful system. We have been using it for ten years and have grown with it, discovering its full potential. What stands out the most is its customizability, adaptability and speed. The reporting features are great too and it integrates multiple functions, so there is no need to use other systems. For example internal messaging is built in (no need for Slack), invoice creation and debt chasing (no need for Sage) and HR management (staff holidays, sickness, etc. are all handled in Clik). The job creation and management features are strong and live updates for engineers are reliable, syncing with their app, RAMS, permits to work and task lists. We have pushed it to its limits and now have a system that delivers live data, fast updates, job status visibility and first-time fixes. It offers great value for money compared to other systems we have considered.

Cons

There are several issues with it that need attention. Such as scheduling engineers jobs is difficult and almost unusable as it really needs an update. Subcontractor management is non-existent and out of the box, it feels basic and lacks many features. It requires a lot of time to fully learn and use the system. Support can be slow to respond to tickets and if you call, don't expect immediate help as they usually take your details and promise to call you back later. With so many different ways to do things, it can cause confusion in the back office, as staff might do tasks their own way instead of following your preferred methods. There is also a lack of automation especially when it comes to keeping clients or other stakeholders updated. Integration with other Clik products like Clik NICEIC Electrical and Clik Gas is also weak. They are not directly linked and require separate databases leading to duplicated efforts like entering job site information twice.
