“simple setup for going paperless”
Pros
The setup and deployment are very simple and our end-users needed almost no training. It's the perfect solution for going paperless which is a major priority these days.
Cons
The planning module has felt a bit dated since I started using it in 2016. It looks like that's finally being addressed in the 2024 roadmap which promises some significant and welcome improvements.

I love how easy it is to build forms and then deploy them directly to mobile apps.
Cons
The interface could use more color or better field organization to make the apps and web forms more visually appealing and engaging to fill out.

The features we value most are the unlimited customization for forms, the automatic generation of work reports, the simple administration, the automation features, the BackOffice and the recent connection with our ERP.
Cons
We keep a close eye on updates and data synchronization across all our users. With a little planning and clear communication, any issues are usually resolved quickly.

The solution integrates well with a web console for setup and monitoring apps available in the stores, the ability to create your own scripts and the option to use APIs.
Cons
On a large project with a lot of data, the sync between the database and the mobile devices could be slow.

Pros
It offers great flexibility in setup and perfect customization for our pre-sales process making it easy to reuse elements.
Cons
There are still a few minor things that could be better. For example it would be helpful to add table-style fields or place multiple fields on the same line to improve form layout. The back office, while modernized, could also be enhanced with key metrics right on the homepage.

I appreciate its simplicity, its modular design that fits many different types of work, its relatively simple configuration and how everything is connected with the back office and mobile app combo.
Cons
Some advanced features require knowledge of specific formulas that aren't all well-documented. Creating statistical reports can be a bit complex and the geolocation feature isn't always very precise or stable.
