Dreamz with RFID tracking has really organized our maintenance and overall asset management. The RFID feature provides real-time visibility into assets and inventory which cuts down on mistakes and makes it easier to stay accountable. Preventive maintenance scheduling feels easy and the mobile app is genuinely convenient for technicians working on the floor. The way the CMMS and RFID work together has been a major boost to day-to-day efficiency for us.

Getting everything going did take a bit of time since we had to tag all assets and get the staff up to speed but after that initial effort, the system has been running smoothly.

Biggest positive for us was how open the team was to feedback and how quickly they turned it into real updates. They stayed closely involved with our side to pin down what we actually needed for our industry, company and the people using the software and then they followed through diligently to deliver the vision we had.

Because of the time difference, access and responsiveness were sometimes a bit limited. That said, they made an effort to reduce the impact by working around our time zone whenever possible.

Its development, implementation and onboarding teams have been genuinely helpful and quick to respond. The workflow is also strong, you can create, assign and monitor work orders without a hassle and you get real-time status updates so everything stays current.
