It gets straight to the point and feels really easy to use. I also appreciate how many options it gives me especially for shaping and designing the information the way I need.
Cons
User interface could use some refinement but thats not a major issue, overall its a good software.

Pros
Genuinely, I was impressive that the their team took time to hear what our business needed and then adjusted the software to match our exact requirements. We went from juggling three different products to using just one which made day-to-day operations a lot more easy.
Cons
Nothing much comes to mind as a downside. Their team consistently takes our feedback, turns it into changes and keeps refining the software to fit what we actually need.

Pros
Being able to configure asset bin locations and mapping really helps with preventative maintenance. The overall user experience feels fairly easy and the support team's response times have been excellent whenever I've reached out.
Cons
Everything is nice, i have no complaints from the tool.
