Mastering everything the program offers took a little time but it's totally worth it. The customer service is top-notch, always ready to help when I need it.

Pros
Learning everything it has was not a problem. As after using it for some time, we get a hang of it. Also their customer service is top-notch and always helpful.
Cons

Pros
The support team is always super responsive when I reach out and the uptime is impressive. I've hardly had any downtime and when I do need help, they're quick to solve issues.
Cons
The desktop app tends to open multiple tabs when I'm working through an issue and switching between screens. By the end of it, I can end up with 8-10 tabs open.

Pros
Tracking deliveries and having proof like photos and signatures is a huge benefit for us. It helps a lot in resolving any delivery disputes and gives us solid evidence when we need it.

“Easy way to manage drivers
Pros
I really liked how we could track drivers in real time. It made it so much easier for drivers to do their job autonomously and they could mark deliveries as complete without needing help.
Cons
Sometimes, the organization could be a bit off, especially when I'm pulling reports. I've also had some technical difficulties especially on phones with slow internet.

“I'm a fan of real-time GPS
Pros
I loveee the real-time GPS. It's super helpful and the fact that it shows me times right on my dispatch screen is a big plus. It makes managing everything a lot smoother.
Cons
When I need to move a stop, sometimes it doesn't move or it only moves halfway and I have to tweak it a bit to get it on the right route. There's also a lag time from when I print the order to when it shows up in Elite.
