Pros

The system is quick and practical for filling out editable forms which can be easily managed by the administrator. Also it is interactive and provides high quality attachments.

Cons

We have not faced any difficulties with the software. Whenever there were issues that impacted our company the field team helped us with timely updates, always meeting our needs.

Pros

Service orders work well but I feel like the financial management section could definitely use some improvement to make it more efficient and user-friendly.

I feel like the delete function could use some improvements and the financial management features need some enhancements.

Pros

It is simple and easy to implement. Also the ability to access it both on a computer and smartphone makes daily management much easier for both us and our technical team. Adjusting tasks and schedules is also a simple task.

Cons

The registration process feels too rigid and could be more flexible to accommodate different types of products, services, forms and activities across various businesses. Also the inability to link forms to specific equipment makes managing everything more challenging. Additionally registering activities for long-term contracts is limited since it does not properly link equipment, making the process even more cumbersome.

Pros

The ability to generate reports and track our employees progress is really impressive and helps keep everything on track.

Cons

I feel like there should be an option to export reports in Word format for the platform.
