Easy to Use and Great for Daily Operations

Pros

What I liked most about Field Promax is how easy it makes daily operations. The work order management system is simple to use, helps track jobs clearly, and saves a lot of time. Scheduling, invoices, and technician updates are all in one place, which makes work smoother. It is very user friendly even for new staff.

Cons

What I liked least is that some features take a little time to learn at first. A few custom settings can feel confusing in the beginning, but once set up properly, the system works well.

Great for managing techs and jobs on the go

Pros

What I like the most is how it brings everything into one place. Scheduling jobs, assigning technicians, and tracking progress is really straightforward. The mobile app has been especially helpful since my team can update everything on the go without needing to call in. It’s also made invoicing much faster, which saves a lot of time at the end of the day.

Cons

In the beginning, it took a bit of time to get used to all the features. Some parts of the interface could be a little more intuitive, especially for new users. Also, a few more customization options would make it even better, but overall nothing too major.
