Pros
What I like the most is how it brings everything into one place. Scheduling jobs, assigning technicians, and tracking progress is really straightforward. The mobile app has been especially helpful since my team can update everything on the go without needing to call in. It’s also made invoicing much faster, which saves a lot of time at the end of the day.
Cons
In the beginning, it took a bit of time to get used to all the features. Some parts of the interface could be a little more intuitive, especially for new users. Also, a few more customization options would make it even better, but overall nothing too major.
