“Top-Notch Service with Consistency!
Pros
With Field Squared, I can easily send and organize important information within my organization. Everything moves quickly and stays accurate, so nothing gets overlooked. What I love most is that the information reaches exactly as I intend, keeping things seamless and allowing me to respond to customers without any delays.
Cons
Speed issues happen sometimes but in my experience, they have been very minor and nothing that disrupts my work.

Pros
I love that I can configure the system myself and get help from the Field Squared team whenever needed, so I do not have to rely on an outside developer. This has saved a lot on setup and maintenance costs. It is super easy to customize based on my business needs, and if I ever need to make a change, I can roll it out across the entire organization quickly. Since my business is unique, we required a lot of customization and this flexibility was a huge selling point. The platform itself is solid, you can either use it right out of the box or tweak it as needed. One of the biggest requirements for me was offline functionality on mobile devices after receiving a dispatch or work order and It has been extremely reliable in that situation. Another must-have was the ability to capture, schedule, and assign jobs straight from a mobile device, not just a desktop, since our service providers also handle dispatching. After looking at multiple options, I found that It is one of the very few solutions offering this level of flexibility. I also needed a way to capture photos and time-stamped GPS data throughout the job and have them automatically added to a form. These features work flawlessly and have helped us grow by expanding into new service areas. Since we operate as a franchise, we needed a true enterprise solution that allows us to manage permissions and access across different locations. This software makes it easy, each franchise can operate independently while corporate still has full visibility.
Cons
I have been using Field Squared for over three years and as one of their early customers, I have experienced some technical issues over time. However, as they have grown from a startup into a solid software company, I have noticed a huge improvement in reliability. Their team is always quick to respond and resolve any issues.

“Good but lacks android support
Pros
Field Squared makes it so easy for my team to log in and see updates right away whenever tasks change. The scheduling feature works great and I really like that we can create custom forms to fit our needs.
Cons
There are some major differences between the web app and the mobile app, especially on Android. The app crashes and freezes way too often on Android devices, whether it is a tablet or phone. It is supposed to make submitting and filling out e-forms easier, but instead, my team spends more time troubleshooting. iOS works better but Android needs serious improvements.

“How FieldSquared supports our fleet
Pros
One of my favorite things about Field Squared is how well it captures scheduling and content information from each site where we have the system installed. Our installers not only follow an ongoing schedule with us, but they also fill out detailed custom forms with building details, asset information and photos of completed work. This makes it easy for us to confirm quality and provide our customers with all the necessary details without cluttering up email inboxes.
Cons
I still have not gotten fully comfortable with reporting on data entered into customized forms.

Pros
The mobile and web apps are both super easy to use and I love how customizable the workspace and forms are. Their customer service is great, pricing is affordable and they are always rolling out new features.
Cons
No complaints! Any issues I have had over the past three and a half years have been addressed and resolved quickly by Field Squared.

Pros
The customization options are fantastic and I really appreciate the auto-route feature, it is a great touch. Their support team is also super responsive and I love that I can chat with them directly from the web app whenever I need help.
Cons
Sometimes things stop working and it can take a really long time to get them fixed. For example, my company logo inside the forms generated from the app has been broken for months.

Pros
I like using the program, but sometimes it can be frustrating. The ease of use is not always there, especially when it comes to the scheduling view. It seems like there is a new glitch almost every week, which makes it really difficult to view multiple technicians' schedules at once. That part definitely needs improvement.

Pros
I admire how the forms sync in real time from the mobile app to Salesforce..it makes everything simple and saves a ton of time.
Cons
There is an issue with time zones when scheduling jobs. The scheduled time changes based on the location I am in, which causes confusion between PST and EST.
