Top solution out there!

Pros

I checked out lots of business management tools for my home services company and FieldCamp stood out right away. First, it's built with AI in mind, so AI is part of everything in the app from reports to smart scheduling. There's even a ChatGPT-like feature inside that can do daily tasks like "Draft invoices for today's completed jobs." Second, the layout is super clean and simple. I love Notion and you can tell the designers care about how it looks and feels. It's nothing like the clunky, old-school tools other companies offer. Finally, it has everything I need to manage a job from start to finish: finding leads, booking customers, doing the work with my team and finishing up with invoicing and feedback. The clean design makes it easy for me and my techs to get started. We use it every single day. The price is great and their team is quick to help and listens to our suggestions.

Cons

I can't think of any real problems. They're adding new features almost every week. The founder has run another company like this before so he really knows what he's doing.

Very user friendly software

Pros

I was the first customer to use FieldCamp for my scaffold tower rental business. What I like is how simple it is to schedule jobs and keep track of my equipment. The app is easy to use and saves us so much time compared to doing everything by hand. It keeps us organized and prevents us from double-booking anything.

Cons

Overall, it works well for me. The only things I'd like are more ways to customize settings for my different equipment. Also the app can be a little slow to load when the internet connection is weak out in the field.
