“Simple Task assignment and tracking
Pros
I really like how simple it is to assign and track tasks. I don't have to worry about things falling through the cracks and I can see what is still pending and what is already done in real-time.
Cons
The reports meet our needs but it would be great to have a bit more flexibility in the future. There is no rush though.

“Allows us to run everything smoothly
Pros
The task assignment feature is very helpful. I can assign tasks, track progress and check completion all from a single screen. This has kept our operations running smoothly and prevented us from missing deadlines.
Cons
At times the search can take longer than expected. It is not a major issue just something I have noticed when looking for older entries.

“The option for custom forms is great
Pros
Setting up forms and checklists for our store audits is now effortless. With FieldPie I can customize the forms to collect the exact data we need without making things too complicated. It has been a massive time-saver for our team.
Cons
One issue is the lack of offline functionality. When our reps are in remote locations with poor service, they cannot update everything until they are back online. This causes small delays in our reporting.

“Custom reports save time but we are waiting for mobile integration
Pros
The ability to generate custom reports is a real advantage. I can quickly access the specific data I need whether it is sales figures or performance metrics. Overall it has saved me so much time compared to sifting through multiple systems.
Cons
Umm the mobile app works well overall. The only downside is that it does not integrate with some of our other tools yet. We have heard the team is working on this so I am looking forward to that update. It will make everything even more convenient.

“Practical dashboard
Pros
FieldPie dashboard is the best. I can easily filter tasks by who they are assigned to, what's overdue or what's already completed. It gives me a quick overview of everything making management much simpler.
Cons
It does the job but creating custom reports is not the easiest. It took me a few attempts to figure it out so it would be great if future updates made this process simpler.

“Easy transition from other tools and customizable forms
Pros
Transitioning from our old system was pretty easy with FieldPie. Also it is incredibly user-friendly and the forms are highly customizable, allowing us to adjust everything to suit our needs. I don't have to waste time tweaking the system so it is quick and simple.
Cons
I've noticed that syncing can sometimes take longer in areas with weak internet. While it is not a big issue most of the time, it can cause minor delays when the team is in places with poor connectivity.
