“highly flexible”
Pros
FieldServio feels really flexible, it's been able to adapt its functionality to match our exact service needs without much hassle. The way it adjusts to our workflows has made day-to-day scheduling and operations line up much better with how we actually run things.
Cons
Tablet/tech-screen response (including updates) is still a bit sluggish when we need quick changes and part sign-offs also take longer than we'd like. But thats all workable, we love the software overall.

“Easy to use”
Pros
This tool helped us get a workflow in place for all jobs, backed by a clear SOP. It also cuts down on the constant paper shuffling and keeps everything moving along a more linear lifecycle-sales, then service (whether field or shop), followed by parts sales and service contracts.
Cons
The CRM side for Sales feels a bit underpowered right now though it sounds like upgrades are planned and improvements are coming down the road.

“strong support!”
Pros
Covers all of our business needs end to end... equipment rentals for customers, large equipment sales projects with multiple stages, PM Maintenance contracts across multiple units and sites, plus it manages our inventory, invoicing and accounting workflows. Also, the team is open to reviewing other requirements we bring in and will help us adjust our processes or even tweak the system so it fits everything we need.
Cons
There's room to improve the Credit Memo workflow. Right now, it's easy to void and re-invoice and the system seems built around that approach. However, when you want to issue only a credit, it doesn't show up consistently across the rest of the system which makes reporting harder than it should be.

“Loved it”
Pros
The feature set is solid and the FS team provides strong support whenever I run into customization needs. They're responsive and help me get the system aligned with what I actually need.
Cons
Learning the software from scratch takes a bit of getting used to since it isn't the most user friendly right out of the gate. But overall, i loved the app

“user-friendly crm for business management”
Pros
It feels really easy to use and genuinely user friendly. The CRM and overall business management setup is a strong fit especially for keeping things organized. Updating equipment info and maintaining customer records is easy which saves a lot of time day to day.
Cons
Whenever there's an update, it appears to change something else in the system which can be a bit annoying to deal with but thats not a con i would say.

“all-in-one tool!”
Pros
Perhaps this IS the right fit for building a complete business solution. It brings everything into one system so teams can stay focused on outcomes instead of juggling multiple tools. The ERP covers multiple departments.. Service, Parts, Accounting, Sales and CRM... so it supports the full workflow end to end. Logging in once is all it takes to jump in and get work moving.
Cons
It would be nice if the search engine included a wildcardoption.

“Amazing service”
Pros
We really like how it connects sales, accounting and service in a single platform. There's no juggling multiple logins and everything "talks" to each other so it feels like one smooth solution. We generate scorecards every week and the numbers are right there when we need them.
Cons
During implementation, you have to make sure you start with solid, clean data, otherwise the outputs won't look right. Since the modules are all linked together, incorrect input can ripple across areas like sales and accounting if you're not careful.

“works really well”
Pros
Searching through multiple methods is a big win since everyone approaches things a bit differently. The interface feels really user-friendly and doesn't take long to get the hang of. Plus the scheduling is where the drag-and-drop stands out, the drag actions for both items and documents feel very smooth. Also customizable, personalized widgets are a nice touch and make the workspace feel more designed.
Cons
Most frequent issue is performance, when Servio runs slow, it happens more often than I'd like. On invoicing, using the "save" button on the time tab isn't the most efficient workflow. If you miss clicking save, you end up having to go back and redo it. When the promise date is set for the job and you add a part to an existing job, the job status drops back to the earlier stage instead of waiting until the parts are handled.

“Impressed”
Pros
This product is really easy to work with day to day. Customization is a big win... especially the widgets... so you can shape your own workflow instead of forcing everyone to fit into the tool's default process. It feels designed to support YOU, not the other way around. Customer service also stands out, the team isn't just responsive and helpful, they genuinely bring a great, positive attitude.
Cons
After discussing it with during an onsite visit, one improvement came up, cycle counts need a better way to be tracked retroactively when exporting to spreadsheets.

“My review...”
Pros
Because this platform is consistent across sales, accounting and field service, it's much easier to access the right information when you need it. Training is also smoother since everyone is working within the same system and using the same terminology. Centralizing where data is stored has cut down on confusion too, pulling job history is quicker and it's clearer where each piece of information belongs. The real-time communication from the field has improved how much work gets captured which then helps a lot with billing accuracy and handling customer service requests.
Cons
A few minor tweaks around reducing the amount of manual entry would make the workflow even tighter.

“had a good experience”
Pros
So whenever we hit a question or snag, the turnaround time is honestly phenomenal. They take the time to understand how we're using the system and they actually factor our feedback into the software updates.
Cons
What would make it even better is more flexible controls... specifically the ability to enable or disable certain functions. For instance, it'd be great to close customer billing without also closing accounts payable. Extra value would come from letting us review and manage our own security settings and tasks.

“good potential overall”
Pros
Full integration of the software across the platform is a strong point and makes the workflow feel cohesive rather than pieced together.

“user friendly platform”
Pros
The menus are super easy to use, whether you're a new or coming back again. Having a web-based setup is a big bonus too.

“Great support!!”
Pros
Interface feels user friendly and easy to work with which helped our team get up and running quickly. The support team has been top, notch and the ongoing updates adding new features have been a real advantage as we keep scaling.
Cons
Because we're a public company, we have heavier reporting requirements than private businesses. On the first day using the system, putting our reporting together took a bit more effort than expected but it worked with us to expand what it could do and now our regular reporting and processes are much more efficient.

“Amazing features”
Pros
Transparency is a big win for us. Since it operates out of four offices, it lets our team work together like everyone's under the same roof, instead of operating in separate locations. We're still just getting started but there's a lot of room to expand how we roll the system out across every function we run.
Cons
When it came to our bigger projects, we ran into some trouble... especially with things like progress invoicing and keeping the overall projects organized and managed. From what I've heard about Build Project though, it sounds like those gaps are getting addressed.

“easy to use”
Pros
Strongest side of this system is how user friendly it feels, plus it's truly all-in-one for Ops, Finance and Management so the business can scale without constantly stitching tools together. I also appreciate their willingness to build new solutions that help speed things up and make day-to-day processes more efficient. Also, the support team has been incredibly responsive and clearly knows the product well which makes it easier to land on the right fix quickly.
Cons
Like most software, there's still room to add more automation though overall it does a solid job managing workflows, invoicing, purchases and the related financial pieces.
