“Reliable tracking with helpful support”
Pros
Getting started with it was quick and the interface is simple enough for the team to learn without much training. The tracking has been reliable and accurate which matters most to us. Driver and vehicle management is easy and it gives us a clear day-to-day view of operations. Whenever we needed help, support was responsive and genuinely useful.
Cons
There have been a few small bugs from time to time but nothing serious enough to disrupt our operations and support was always there to help resolve the issues.
