“Reliable ERP support”

Pros

They've done a wonderful job supporting the development of our program since 2008. The ERP system has been very helpful across all the key areas we use, including the full Accounting modules, Inventory, Job Costing and the integration with the Service module.

Cons

Reporting side still needs improvement especially in Service, Accounting, Inventory and Job Costing, where optimization would make the system much better.

“Efficient all-in-one platform”

Pros

Having everything brought together in one platform was a big plus for us. The software was easy to use and it helped us replace multiple separate programs with a single system that handles everything. It's been very efficient.

Cons

Biggest challenge came from the fact that our previous software was extremely old so moving the data into the new system was difficult.

“feature rich reports”

Pros

A standout part of it is how many ways there are to reach the information you need from different screens. The modules work together really well and the same core data is valuable across all of our departments. Just entering a customer name or address can lead you to whatever details you're trying to find. Each module also comes with a wide range of reports which has been very useful.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. Getting started can be challenging but that's pretty normal with any software transition.

“Overpromised and unfinished tool”

Pros

The sales presentation made this software sound like an all-in-one solution that could handle everything.

Cons

We ended up buying parts of the product without realizing they hadn't even been developed yet. It's slow, dull and unreliable and the answer to every problem seemed to be spending even more money. On top of that, we were basically paying for it to be developed even though it was sold to us as a functional, ready-to-use product.

“Promising features but rough rollout”

Pros

At first glance, this software seems like it has the potential to become very great. It offers a wide range of functionality and brings a lot of different pieces together in one place.

Cons

That said the biggest problem was getting it properly up and running. We spent close to a year trying to make the mobile functionality work before finally giving up on it and even a full year later, implementation was still an ongoing struggle.

Pros

It works well for accounting order management and cost estimating. The system is hardly ever down which makes it feel very dependable especially compared with many web-based platforms out there today. It also offers a wide range of reporting options.

Cons

Shipment tracking isn't simple to enter. Partial PO numbers can't be used so you have to type in the exact match every time. There's also no way to search orders by name. Because making changes or adjustments isn't very flexible, we've had to put quite a few workarounds in place.

“Organized modules but sluggish”

Pros

One thing that works well is how the system keeps each function in its own separate section, like accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales orders and the rest. That layout makes it clear where to go for different tasks.

Cons

Using the software can feel pretty slow and sluggish at times. Overall, it also doesn't come across as very simple so figuring things out is not always as easy as it should be.

“Fast editing”

Pros

Editing data is easy and it gives you useful information in just a few clicks. It runs reliably and delivers a really great point-of-sale experience.

Cons

Finding the right report can be frustrating. There are a lot of reporting options but it still feels limited when you need something specific and even when the report you want is available there is no clear or simple way to locate it.

“Packed with products”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages was how much came bundled into a single package. I couldn't find another company offering that many products together so it really stood out in terms of overall value.

Cons

One downside is that the software isn't completely cloud-based. Some parts are available in the cloud but the full package still isn't entirely there.
