What I value most is the quality and accuracy of the feedback. The insights are useful and I can rely on the information when I need it.

interface could be more user-friendly. For instance the menu bar on the left sometimes takes a couple of tries before it actually opens and displays properly.

Having the data I need right at my fingertips makes daily use much easier for me. Everything is simple to work with so I don't have to spend much time figuring things out.

Only downside was that the valve data from our old system didn't get transferred over.

Aerial images, parcel data and other related information being available in one place has made this software really useful for us. I find the layout easy to follow the menus simple to access and the information clear enough to use without much effort.

Honestly, I don't have any real complaints because the program makes sense and is easy to work with. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be making county record maps a little more user-friendly to retrieve.

Finding parcels, property owners, natural drainage courses and other information is easy for me with this software. I can move through it without spending much time figuring out where things are.

With plenty of features available the software gives me a lot to work with while still being easy to get started with. It also runs reliably and has remained stable during my daily use.

Being out in the field the simple usability is a big plus. Since our books only get updated every few years, having access to current, up-to-date information in the system anytime and from anywhere is incredibly valuable.

One issue that comes up pretty often is trouble logging into the mobile app. I'm not sure what causes it but it gets pretty frustrating when I need to look something up while I'm out in the field.

Everything runs quickly and without hiccups. It works reliably whether I'm online or offline and it's very simple to use even on a smaller device.

What's missing is the ability to select multiple assets at once which would cut down on tedious repetitive input and save time.

Working out in the field as a building inspector, this has been incredibly useful because my office is constantly mobile and I usually do not have time to go back and check APN numbers or property lines. I can take my iPad straight to a job site, view property lines in real time and mark them with GPS. It is also very helpful when I need to review older Google Maps imagery to get a better sense of previous construction on a property. Being able to pull up past images for an address through Street View makes it much easier to show owners what was already there, what counts as existing construction and back that up with pictures.

Cons

One challenge is that the software takes time to learn because there are so many things it can do. I would definitely recommend getting some kind of training or reference material since it is packed with features and I personally got much more out of it after attending a training seminar. Another downside is the lack of offline support. You need an internet connection at all times in the field so if there is no signal, it simply will not work. Most of the areas where I work have decent coverage with very few dead zones but every now and then I still have to rely on a physical scaled map to get around.

Cutting out all the printing has been a huge plus for us. After spending a little time getting familiar with it, it became extremely simple to use.

Only part I'm not a fan of is that you have to have an internet connection to sign in and out.

One thing that's really useful is being able to add or remove the layers that matter for the data I'm looking up.

Layer setup still needs improvement though. For example, when I want to view a sewer system in a specific area the information doesn't appear unless I zoom or pan way out. The problem is that once I do that the street names disappear. Because of that, I end up keeping Google Earth open at the same time and switching back and forth between screens to line everything up.

The speed, functionality, pricing and database capabilities have all been really satisfying. It handles what I need efficiently and overall it offers strong value for the cost.

Database could refresh updates more quickly and having a mobile application would make it even more useful.

Getting around the system is very easy and it gives quick access to the important information when needed. The ability to document things with photos is excellent and adds a lot of value.

I honestly didn't run into any real downsides. This program is far better than relying on paper maps or manual record-keeping.

One frustrating issue is that changes made to valve information do not show up right away. You usually have to restart the system or wait around an hour and sometimes the updates do not appear at all.

There are so many tools available, layers and all the imagery features are wonderful, that I honestly wish I had more time to fully learn and use everything.
