“Works well overall, but there are some bugs

The interface is really easy to use and I love how convenient the planning options are.
Cons
There are a lot of issues, especially when we need to make last-minute changes or when the internet connection isn't great.

“Nice alternative to the larger platforms
Pros
Both FMP360 and FSP are super user-friendly. Planning on the FMP portal is as easy as dragging and dropping and completing an order in FSP is just as simple, just follow the steps on your phone or tablet.
Cons
It takes a long time for new features or improvements to be rolled out.

I really like that the software package has so much potential. The combination of the portal and the app is a nice touch too.
Cons
The number of problems we face is honestly shocking. We deal with critical issues every day that impact our operations, and this has been going on for years now. Honestly, I haven't seen any real progress in fixing these problems yet.

Pros
We're able to customize the tool to fit our processes, which is a huge plus. Since there's a basic process in place from the start, the implementation time is much quicker compared to other options.
Cons
There are some basic functions that I think should be standard by now but they're still not available. Things like a ticketing system, multi-device support for the app, and color options for the calendar are all missing.

Pros
The system is flexible with tons of possibilities and it's easy for both users and admins to make changes.
Cons
It is very unstable. It malfunctions a lot and we never know when the issues will actually be fixed.

“Ideal for configuring maintenance apps
Pros
It is a great tool for setting up maintenance apps that are easy for technicians to use. The apps help the technicians find and complete their tasks efficiently. I like that it can be easily customized to fit the company's needs, unlike larger CMMS software.
Cons
Right now, we're using FMP360 as standalone software. It would be great if it could integrate with our CMMS SAP system.

Pros
I really appreciate how your team always goes above and beyond to assist and help whenever I need it. No matter the issue, they're always ready to lend a hand and provide support. It's clear they genuinely care about making sure everything runs smoothly and that kind of customer service is hard to find!
Cons
What really frustrates me is that it's not user-friendly but the bugs are the worst. Many times, they're only fixed with the next release and sometimes that release ends up causing new issues.

The desktop version is incredibly easy to use as well! Everything is laid out clearly!.

After every update, I always notice something goes wrong or is missing. It's frustrating because I never know what to expect.
