important for our business and workflows

Pros

We really put in the effort to get to know our business, our workflows and our processes. From day one until now they've been consistently top-notch, always accommodating and super easy to deal with.

Cons

The hardest part for us has been managing our time and it's not easy to set aside hours to implement a new system. But honestly that's on us as a business.

Guided through every step

Pros

Such a great team. They've guided us every step of the way. The Calendar works perfectly for us and our teams on the road are really happy with it. Whenever we've had issues, they get back to us fast. I love that I can just pick up the phone or email and speak directly to the UK team.

Cons

We've run into the odd issue here and there like with scheduling or how things were set up for us.. maybe a bug here or there. But literally every time we reported it.. the team sorted it out fast.

My experience with this tool

Pros

The personal, family-like vibe at Husky is so refreshing. Too often companies ignore what you actually ask for and push their own thing instead. Husky went out of their way to tailor everything so we got exactly what we needed.

Cons

Honestly no negatives to report right now. We're really happy with the service.

eliminated our paperwork problems

Pros

It solved our huge paperwork problem. Stuff used to go missing all the time and now it doesn't.

Cons

I still haven't found any cons with the Husky system.

full visibility with drag-and-drop

Pros

The schedule board is excellent. Being able to drag and drop jobs to different operatives gives us full visibility. From there, our team can view and edit their jobs and give real-time updates back to the office.

Cons

Sometimes the filters act up but a quick page refresh usually fixes it.

Very user friendly solution

Pros

It is extremely user-friendly. Simple but really effective solution.

Cons

We can't separate work between departments in the system so everyone sees everyone else's jobs.

Trusted it for eight years

Pros

I've been using it for over 8 years now. It's the most effective tool I've found to manage day-to-day workloads without stressing about what our staff are up to. It lets us focus on the actual work instead of worrying about what might have gone wrong. I've used it across two companies and just rolled it out in my new one.

Cons

I wish there was more reporting available for certain parts of the software.

made a massive daily difference

Pros

Husky is simple to use and has made a massive difference to our business especially in how we schedule installations day to day.

Cons

Occasionally the filters don't work right and the system has crashed a few times which can eat into your time if you have to wait for it to come back.

Build your own platform

Pros

I love the flexibility to build your own platform and grow the system as you come up with new ideas to save time.

Cons

You can't delete the standard fields in forms but it looks like that'll be fixed in the new Version 3.

user friendly with fantastic support

Pros
