Cons

I really like how this software allows me to present multiple options to customers. Instead of just giving them a single choice, I can show different packages or pricing tiers, which makes it easier for them to decide on a solution that fits their needs and budget.
Cons
Sometimes it runs a little slow, especially when I need to present a proposal quickly. In time-sensitive situations, waiting for things to load can be frustrating.

Pros
One of the best aspects is the ability to provide four different options, which has directly contributed to an increase in my average sales. Giving customers choices helps them feel more in control of their purchase and they often end up selecting a higher-tier option than they originally planned.
Cons
The auto-blocking of two hours on the dispatch board is something I wish I had more control over. It would be helpful to adjust the timing based on my needs.

Cons
I cannot really tell how engaged a customer is after they open a proposal. It only shows that they viewed it but I would love to see more details, like how many times they opened it and when. That kind of info would help a lot with sales follow-ups.

Cons
Honestly, I do not really have any dislikes. My only challenge is getting my employees to use it more often but that is more about training than the software itself.
