It has really brought a positive change

Pros

Ignition is the best for managing our client relationships. It makes it easy to outline services, customize terms and adjust billing for each client's needs. Since we started using digital proposals and automated billing, clients have been more open to digital tools. On top of that the software keeps improving as renewals are simple, bulk creation works great and customization options are great too. The support team is outstanding offering helpful insights, clever workarounds and even brainstorming future improvements with us. It has become an essential tool I enjoy using every day.

Cons

My biggest frustration is the lack of QuickBooks integration for billing as tracking payments each month for reconciliation is a pain, though we face similar issues with other software too. I wish we could add services or update billing within a 12 month proposal without doing a full renewal for small add ons. Sending identical proposals in bulk is also frustrating as there is no way to mark unaccepted ones as lost all at once so you have to do it individually. The learning curve is also steep and I am still one of the only people in my office who can use it confidently without issues. Even then I make mistakes like forgetting to change billing to proposal start or missing the billing cadence settings.

Offers excellent support

Pros

The support rep was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand my issue before offering personalized advice that worked. Everything was resolved quickly and they genuinely cared about helping me. You do not often find support teams this dedicated and friendly as it is clear the company values its customers.

Cons

No real complaints from my experience using this tool.

Clearing AR is so easy now

Pros

I like how everything is centralized from proposals to service agreements and payments all in one place. What really stands out is how responsive they are to client feedback and continuously enhance the platform with features we actually request.

Cons

Well I wish the service description area had better formatting options as being able to add tables or links would really help organize information better.

Simplifies payment processes

Pros

Ignition platform makes setting up regular services and sending proposals to clients quick and easy. The integrated video feature speeds up acceptance since clients can see and hear from us right in the proposal. I love that clients can accept and pay at the same time, removing any payment delays. The customization options are excellent too as I can tweak templates, adjust payment terms and make changes in just a few clicks. This flexibility makes it easy to meet different client cash flow needs without hassle.

Cons

If there was a way to apply multiple templates at once it would be great. When I set up a service group, I would love to be able to add another group without going through each service individually.

Most easy set up and use

Pros

I was blown away by how smoothly everything went from the demo to actually using it daily. Setting up the templates for our specific needs was surprisingly simple and whenever I had questions, the support team got back to me really quickly. Our clients love how user friendly it is and like how well it connects with our other contact management tools. The automatic updates to engagement letters when CAANZ templates change has been a huge time saver as no more manual tracking of revisions.

Cons

Could use more advanced reporting features and the initial setup took longer than I expected.

Boosts both customer engagement and efficiency

Pros

It really pushed me to rethink my service offerings, pricing structure and package deals. Being able to let clients add extra services while showing them discounts has been perfect for my workflow. This tool delivered a massive efficiency boost to my operations and the reporting features and dashboards are top notch, plus having that audit trail is exactly what I needed.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind that I would change about it.

Wish I had signed up sooner

Pros

Ignition automation features are really clever and save me lots of time. What impressed me most though is the support team as they genuinely care about helping you succeed and go above and beyond to make sure your getting the most out of the platform.

Cons

To be honest nothing really stands out to me as problematic right now.

Intuitive and efficient with outstanding support

Pros

I am really impressed with how my account manager handles everything. He reaches out regularly to check if I need assistance and whenever I have questions, he gives me quick and professional answers. Even when I ask the same things multiple times he stays patient with me. Getting that first proposal out felt overwhelming but he was there supporting me through the whole process until we could celebrate together. The technical and emotional support has been outstanding.

Cons

Umm I would not say I dislike anything major but I really wish it supported multiple currencies especially USD. Even though I am based in Canada, most of my clients are international and I would prefer charging them in USD. I know it uses Stripe and I can charge USD directly through Stripe, so it would be great if this functionality was available here too.

Waiting for new features !!

Pros

Proposal creation is pretty simple and client data syncing works flawlessly. I also feel like saving templates and duplicating proposals makes the process even easier. Overall I genuinely enjoy working with this tool.

Cons

The approval function is not available on my package level which is frustrating and since payments are not supported in my country, it would be nice to have other features without needing to upgrade or pay extra. When I create a proposal and the service library gets updated later, there is no notification that my proposal is now outdated. This could lead to using old information without realizing it.

Saves us a lot of time

Pros

The interface is user friendly and once templates and services are set up, creating proposals is a simple task. I love previewing from the clients view to make quick changes before sending. Payment collection is seamless too with invoices auto generated in Xero and reconciled easily. Not to mention managing bank details, declined payments and client info is simple often just a single click.

Cons

Only real issue I have is that when multiple payments come through in one transaction, they show up in date order instead of alphabetically. It is pretty minor though as I have not much else to complain about.

Easy to use and offers excellent support

Pros

Ignition has completely transformed how I manage proposals and client onboarding. Creating new proposals is quick and easy too and the branding options make them look professional. The automatic payment system is affordable and works seamlessly. I have been using it for my Social Media Marketing Agency for a while now and I would recommend it to anyone looking toorganise proposals, contracts and payment collections. Also implementation was simple and I can make changes on the fly without hassle. I now use it for every new client. The customer support is also exceptional as my rep, Sam Larkins, is fantastic and Brendan is also a legend.

Cons

The main drawback is that it does not support international currencies yet. Since we work with US clients I need to charge in USD but thats not available for Australian businesses like ours. It is a bit of a workaround but I still send proposals through the platform for US clients but have to use Stripe separately for payments. Not ideal but manageable since everything else works so well.

Effortless Contract Management and Flexible Payment Setup

Pros

I really like how simple it makes sending out contracts and setting up payment arrangements according to whatever plan we've agreed on with customers.

Cons

Getting a bit pricey lately but I understand the value it brings.

Using it is VERY easy

Pros

Setting this up myself was surprisingly simple and not at all time consuming and I can handle everything without needing support.

Cons

Some customization options could be better as there is a few personal features I wish were available.

Easy to set up
