“Definitely worth the cost
Pros
It works really well overall but I did run into some issues with my data not syncing properly across devices. It's a bit frustrating when things don't update in real-time but aside from that, everything runs smoothly.
Cons
It works well and I do not have any major complaints. But sometimes, it feels a bit overloaded with features, which can make it a little overwhelming.

“Simple to use
Pros
This makes inventory tracking so much easier! It's simple to use and the automation features are a huge help. I don't have to manually update everything, which saves me a ton of time.
Cons
The basic plan has pretty limited reporting options. I wish there were more built-in reports without needing an upgrade.

“Upgrading with inFlow
Pros
Tracking order progress and switching to a paperless inventory system have completely changed the way I run my business. It's way more efficient and I don't have to deal with stacks of paperwork anymore.
Cons
It does not always sync properly across all my devices. Sometimes, I have to refresh or restart to get the latest updates, which can be frustrating.

Pros
inFlow Inventory is super flexible. I never had to struggle with figuring out how to move from one section to another. Everything just makes sense & I didn't have to waste time learning how to use it.
Cons
Honestly, I cannot think of any downsides. It met all my needs perfectly.

“I'm completely satisfied
Pros
It's really user-friendly and loads fast which I appreciate. It has all the features I actually need without a bunch of extra stuff cluttering things up. Customer service has been awesome too, they listen to feedback and keep making the software better.
Cons
The cost difference between the cloud and on-premise versions was a tough adjustment for me. I happily used the on-premise version for 14 years and had no plans to switch to the cloud, but eventually, I had no choice.

“All in one solution
Pros
I love that everything is in one place. I don't need separate programs for tracking inventory, managing customers and handling invoices. It keeps everything organized and saves me a lot of time.
Cons
I really wish I could just click on a part in a sales order and instantly see its details. Right now, I have to manually look it up, which takes extra time.

“Fantastic tool for inventory
Pros
It is really easy to use and the online training videos make learning even simpler. It also works well with how we already run our business, so we didn't have any trouble switching to inFlow.
Cons
Maybe it is just me not figuring it out but we deal with a huge number of unique inventory items. I do not want to see all the items with zero stock in the current stock view, it just clutters up the list.

“Game changer for organization
Pros
Inflow is super easy to use & helps keep everything well-organized. I also like that I can customize it when needed. The sublocation feature is great, we use it to name batches and it really helps with tracking everything efficiently.
Cons
It does not let me use a product to create another product in work orders. We normally reuse the same product to make more but the system does not allow this kind of circular reference, which makes things harder for us.

“Super useful tool
Pros
Once I got familiar with it, the user interface became really easy to use. Everything is laid out logically, so it's simple to find what I need and get things done.
Cons
I do not like how emails are sent. I would much rather have invoices or purchase orders automatically turned into PDFs before sending them to vendors.

Pros
What I like most is how simple it is. It doesn't take long to figure out how to use it and getting around the system is pretty simple.
Cons
There is no simple way to check which items have not been picked for a manufacturer order. If I use the auto-fill button, I cannot go back without leaving the screen. Also, using the auto-fill button to check what is left to pick is risky because I might accidentally save it.

Pros
Super easy to use! I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid inventory management system.
Cons
The only thing I would suggest is adding a 365-day no-sales report. It would make tracking inactive items much easier.

“Need a better reservation system
Pros
It's great for keeping track of products and knowing exactly who ordered what. Being able to add remarks on where things went has been really useful for staying organized.
Cons
I need a way to reserve products for a sale while waiting for the customer's payment to clear. It should not be completely removed from inventory but it should show as unavailable on our website, so we do not accidentally sell something we are holding for someone. We do not use the full package with the online store since we already have a website, so I just need a simple way to put products on hold.

Pros
The ease of use is a huge plus. The setup is really easy and since it's cloud-based, I don't have to worry about maintaining a server. The mobile capability is another big bonus.
Cons
Using both the web and app versions just to get full functionality is really inconvenient. The web version does not let me do dropships or filter searches as easily as the app. Some reports I need are still missing, so I have to pull multiple reports and combine them myself. Also, the mobile search and filter do not have an option to show only in-stock items, which would make things much easier. It would be great to have a built-in financial feature, so I would not have to use a separate accounting software!
