“Mobile-friendly but missing flexibility

Pros

It is so easy to use on the go and I can mass-select items to export to docs which is pretty nice.

Cons

The camera in the app is really slow sometimes. It would also be nice if we could upload client payment details in more than one format since we get them from clients in different ways.

“smart forms simplify my workflow

Pros

I really like how it highlights the questions I need to answer and then they collapse once I've filled them in.

Cons

Sometimes it just won't let me add more photos and I don't know why.

Honestly just the navigation feature saves me some time.

Cons

It's way too buggy for me. I keep having the same problem where certain forms crash the whole app and it's not just a one-time thing. It happens over and over. When it crashes I have to export the pictures, email them out and finish the form on my computer which ends up costing me so much time.

“Awsome tool so far

Pros

It's really easy to use. The camera works great, uploads are fast and it checks everything before I submit so I know my form is complete.

Cons

It's very expensive to add on features like merging multiple accounts. Also labeling photos feels clunky & it could definitely be more user-friendly.
