Pros
Getting around the product is easy and the reports and dashboards can be configured within the system to match specific requirements.
Cons
Performance is a real issue because the product runs slowly, overloads quite easily and often logs users out while they are busy working. Opening job cards also takes too long and there's no way to stop users from opening job cards against the wrong assets.

Their customer service has been excellent and the system is flexible enough to be developed around what your business actually needs. It also comes with a wide range of fields and features that cover just about everything needed to manage workflow.
Cons
