“Provides flexibility to users
Pros
I really appreciate being able to upload invoices from either my computer or phone. This flexibility lets me work practically wherever I am and I'm not tied down to my desk all the time. It's one of my favorite features since I can stay productive on the go.
Cons
I think it would be great if I could just upload a jpg file and have the system automatically recognize and separate all the invoices. That would save me so much time going forward.

“simple software for invoicing
Pros
I started with it for invoicing when we first opened and it served us well for a couple years. It's perfect if you're looking for simple invoicing software without all the bells and whistles.
Cons
The functionality feels somewhat limited when you're trying to scale up your business operations.

“easy to track inventory
Pros
I can quickly add new customers and keep everything organized. Tracking inventory is uncomplicated and adding both products and service items feels simple.
Cons
The pricing change really hit me hard as a small business owner. When they moved away from the free model I just couldn't justify the cost anymore with our limited budget.

“Makes information accessible
Pros
It provides access to customers, invoices, estimates, sales receipts, products and services all in one place. The reports, credit lines and training videos are really helpful too. Having individual access to client and billing information right at your fingertips makes everything so much more efficient. They also offer a free version to get you started which is a nice touch.
Cons
I don't really have any issues with it though I do think it would be helpful if they provided more training videos online through the portal when you log in.

“Complete solution, mobile app not great
Pros
It's a detailed solution. It makes billing and customer management so much simpler, especially when I'm working from my phone. Everything I need is right there in one place, from creating reports and analysis to handling POS integration. What I find particularly helpful is how it simplifies payment processing, whether I'm dealing with in-person transactions or mobile payments. Keeping track of customer payments has become way more organized and I feel completely confident processing debit and credit cards since the security features are solid.
Cons
The main issue I've noticed is that the mobile app crashes pretty frequently when I'm trying to do certain tasks. I end up having to close it and restart and sometimes I even need to reboot my phone entirely to get it working again. It doesn't happen constantly but it's annoying when it does.

“Quick invoices
Pros
I can create invoices and get them to customers in no time. The whole process is convenient and doesn't waste time with unnecessary steps.
Cons
Adding email addresses to invoices after creation is frustrating since you can't do it directly. You have to go to the contact card instead which feels like an unnecessary extra step.
