“Solid choice for business owners
Pros
The interface is nice and easy to use, with all the features neatly arranged on the left pane, so I can easily click on and access whatever I need. The software works smoothly across all devices so I can access it from my phone, tablet or computer. Onboarding new customers and team members is quick and smooth. Plus, there are so many flexible features and tools available to make things even easier.
Cons
There are a lot of features on the app and honestly, some of them don't really seem necessary to me but I can see how they could be useful for other businesses. It's just a bit overwhelming to have so many options to choose from.

“Not ideal for everyone

I love the option to set up contract payments with customers for the whole year. It makes managing payments so much easier.
Cons
The customer service is terrible, honestly. Don't even bother calling the phone number, it's useless. The support team doesn't seem to care about fixing issues. I've had issues with the accounting portion of the software, and it's completely unreliable. The numbers don't add up correctly and I've got screenshots to prove it. For example, I set up one tax rate for a customer, but each invoice showed a different rate. When I reached out, they couldn't give me any answers and after a month of back and forth, they just told me to answer my own question. Completely unprofessional.

“LawnPro does its job
Pros
It's got everything I need to run my lawnmowing business. The best part is I can use it from my phone, so I can stay updated with invoicing and schedule changes on the go.
Cons
I noticed that there's no option for a 3-week mowing frequency, which would've been useful for my schedule. The customer expiry feature is a pain too. If you don't keep an eye on it, the customer can disappear because the expiry date is too short. The default should be no expiry date in my opinion.

I really can't think of anything bad to say. Although, I do wish customer support was more helpful.
Cons
I had a major issue with the system creating random invoices and charging my customers' cards, even though I had auto-charge turned off. It happened three different times, and each time, I reached out to customer support, but they were absolutely no help. The support lady was rude, unprofessional and didn't seem to care at all. She wouldn't even connect me with someone higher up to resolve the issue.

I'm honestly not sure how this software has so many positive reviews. For me, it's been terrible. I signed up for the messaging feature and it immediately sent multiple copies of the same message to my clients. Customer service wasn't helpful either and the whole experience left me frustrated. I would definitely recommend staying away from this software.
Cons
Customer service is awful. They're rude, unhelpful and just downright short with you. It's definitely not the kind of support I expect.

I use the scheduling, estimates, invoices and payment features all the time and they've made running my business so much easier.
Cons
Honestly, there's nothing I don't like about it. It's been great for me and I plan to keep using it until I max it out.

Cons
I definitely need more tutorials to get the most out of the software. Video demonstrations would be a great addition as well, just to make things clearer.

The free option is fantastic for our small company. It's a total game changer and we appreciate it more than I can express.
Cons
I really wish there was an option to send bills to a separate email than the one I use for scheduling notices. Some of my clients own multiple properties and each one needs a separate scheduling notice. But they all get billed through the owner's email.

Cons

The billing feature is by far the best part. When we started, we were looking for something affordable to bill our customers and LawnPro offered a free version. It was a lifesaver for us when we didn't have much income coming in. It allowed us to get our business up and running without stressing over extra bills.

Sometimes I find myself trying to figure out how to use certain features. It's mostly user-friendly but there are a few things that take me a minute to figure out.

I've been using LawnPro since it was first released and it's always been a great tool. It's really easy to use and it's helped me manage my business growth easily. I can always reach customer support if I have a question or issue. Thanks to the team for creating such a great product!

It'd be really helpful if there were videos on how to use each feature. Maybe they're already out there but I haven't found them yet. Other than that everything's been good.
