Legendary has been outstanding at transforming my somewhat vague ideas into a reality. They respond quickly and take swift action. They have even provided excellent suggestions that have enhanced my original ideas.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything negative about it.

They really understand our needs and work with us to make sure everything fits together. Their team is fantastic, very responsive and clear in their explanations.

Cons

There is a minor issue on our system where in a few areas we cannot search by typing in a name and instead have to scroll through the list. This might be specific to our setup.

Pros

The transition was smooth and now everything I need to work on is consolidated in one place from scheduling to reports and service requests.

Cons

I have not faced any trouble yet. The only thing that comes to mind is that I cannot personally update or alphabetize the information I need.
