This is completely customized to our operation. Less Paper has worked with us to improve our workflow and digitize every part of our work order process.

Cons

Since it's web-based, a good internet connection is a must and sometimes that's an issue in my area.

“Saved us time

Pros

I wish we'd converted from paper work orders to Less Paper sooner, it has saved hours of manual typing and made us so much more efficient. Our customers now get their bills quickly and accurately.

Cons

Right now there's nothing I can say is a least favorite. Whatever we bring to the team, it's addressed quickly. I couldn't think of a better company to partner with, very satisfied with their work ethic, customer service and quality.

“Our big time saver!!

Pros

Our department has saved time, money and resources by using Less Paper. Our employees are much more efficient because the software handles the tedious work we used to do manually. The fact that it's so customizable was key for us since every service works a little differently.

Cons

It took a little while to learn how to use but customer service was always available and more than willing to help.

“A true custom product

Pros

It's fully customizable so you can tailor it exactly to your needs and the price is amazing for custom cloud-based software. I love that we can use our own language in the system, it integrates smoothly with QuickBooks Online and the interface is so simple that even the less tech-savvy can navigate it.

Cons

It was tough to get a feel for the software with no demo available. Also, an app would be great but since it's custom-built, that would probably raise costs.

“The perfect custom tool

Pros

This is a TRULY customized product built for your specific needs. When we were developing it, I had a laundry list of requests and within a few emails back and forth with Darren, we'd addressed almost all of them and they accommodated everything. Even now, if we discover something we forgot, I get an email in no time with a solution and when it'll be ready. I looked at many other SaaS vendors and they all had "one-size-fits-all" products or wanted me to buy expensive add-ons. With Less Paper, I specified exactly what I needed and didn't need, and it was all done in a timely, professional way. These guys know what they're doing, work hard and are always there to answer questions or help with my next "can we do this?" idea. I really can't say enough. It's like having a magic wand to create whatever you can dream up. If you want a reasonably priced, CUSTOM product that lets you make changes as you go, this is it.

Cons

Probably the only thing I don't like is that the screen on a tablet doesn't look the same as on a full-size computer (which is pretty typical for all mobile apps, not just this one). Sure it'd be nice if it looked the same on a PC and an iPad but it's really just about getting used to it.
