“Perfect partnership for our needs

The customer service was FANTASTIC! We ended up with a great piece of software that we're still improving. Darren and his team are always super responsive and know their stuff.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have anything bad to say. It probably took a bit longer to build the software than we'd hoped but in the end, we couldn't be happier.

“Made for my family business

I'm so thrilled with Less Paper! They actually built a software system just for our small business. "Custom" is exactly what they are. We're a small family-run business that had used the same scheduling software for over 20 years and when we found out it wouldn't be supported anymore, we had to start searching. The big cookie cutter programs offered too much but were lacking in other ways. With Less Paper, I was never told "no, we can't do that." They always figured out a way to make it happen. I really appreciated how professional the team was through the whole process even when things got challenging, they stayed positive and kept pushing for us.
Cons
Now that we're almost done, there really isn't anything I'm not happy with. Looking back, I think we went live with the new software a little too early. My husband and I weren't prepared for how challenging the whole process would be and we really had to think through our procedures and explain them clearly so the end result was what we wanted.

“Paperless, powerful but pricey
Pros
What I like most about Less Paper is how it helps my business not only go paperless but also reduce costly mistakes. I can create work orders, handle scheduling, run reports and so much more.
Cons
What I like least about Less Paper is that the price could be cheaper or at least have a first-month trial.

“Top-notch customization wins the day
Pros
The customization, pricing, support and continued development are all top-notch. Nothing else out there offered full customization at this price. Their team really understands the service and repair industry and had a solution for everything we needed.
Cons
Nothing to list at this point. We were a little worried at first about long-term stability since it is a smaller company but after talking to a few referrals, we felt comfortable moving forward.

“A perfect system

Honestly calling it a perfect system isn't an exaggeration. The team did an amazing job tailoring everything to our specific needs. We jumped from system to system for years, trying to find something that worked the way we wanted but we always had to change how we operated to fit the software. After finding nothing that worked for us, we finally found Less Paper, a system that actually molds itself to your business. Setup was quick and easy and the service has been excellent every step of the way.
Cons
Literally nothing. The team was able to make this system do anything we wanted. There's nothing not to like.

It's an online system I can use on my phone right away, no delay. It's really user-friendly even for someone like me who isn't super tech-savvy.

“Interactive and incredibly helpful
Pros
It is very user-friendly and intuitive. The Less Paper team was incredibly helpful and created a system that handles all of our special needs.
Cons
Customization takes time. With all our special requests, it took a while for the software to be developed. Big changes later on can also take a bit of time.

“A true collaborative partner
Pros
I've been looking for a long time for a company that would actually work with my company's needs. Most other developers questioned my decisions as an owner or tried to talk me out of changes because it might be difficult or they just didn't want to try. As an owner, I love to discuss my ideas and collaborate and that's exactly what I get with Less Paper. They're on my level when it comes to wanting the software to be perfect.

It's web-based rather than app-based, so sometimes data is lost with a bad connection (though Less Paper has added features to minimize that).

I LOVE the software but HATE QuickBooks! I've had more issues trying to make QB work for my billing� so maybe the link between the two is a little quirky sometimes.

Pros
It's completely customizable and catered to our service order business. The program they created has more than satisfied our not-so-tech-savvy customer service staff and it's very accessible and logical. You can enter service items from multiple screens with very few clicks. They made an excellent, functional dashboard for us and even a scaled-down version for our vendors. Most of all, we love how easily it handles emails and reminders to our customers and the support has been amazing both in turnaround time and in really understanding what we need.
Cons
Maybe I'd like to see more space on the screen and a way to keep multiple tabs open more easily. But honestly, we haven't found any real issues or glitches so far.
