Trip assignment features work really well. I can reassign rides, modify rider mapping and get notifications. Plus downloading data in Excel format has become much simpler now.
Cons
The interface can be a bit glitchy at times with error messages popping up and loading speeds during live tracking sessions are pretty slow which gets frustrating when your trying to monitor things in real-time
