Pros
I'm seriously impressed with Method. It's so flexible that you can customize it to fit perfectly, no matter what industry you're in.
Cons
Sometimes it's a bit of a issue because some actions can only be done in certain apps. It makes some of my processes feel redundant.

“Time saving solution
Pros
I love the integration with Quickbooks. Having my contacts and calendar work orders sync up automatically is a huge time-saver.
Cons
Customizing the program for our company is taking a lot of time. We're a small team and don't have our own tech person to code anything, so it's on us to figure it all out.

“Loved the experience with this tool!
Pros
When we first started, we were using a basic program to collect data. Finding Method was the best choice we made and it was so easy to build exactly what we needed. I love being able to pick and choose the applications we actually use and not having to pay for stuff we don't need.
Cons
The little add-ons can get a bit pricey especially when we only need that application for a small part of our business.

“My go to tool!
Pros
It works really well with Quickbooks! Whether you're running a small company or a large one, it has the capacity to handle it.
Cons
The app freezes on me constantly. Getting things to work smoothly requires extra customization that costs more money and I wish user modifications were expanded. Also, the time monitoring isn't included and isn't easy to use.

“The game changer for customizable CRM
Pros
Honestly, the customer support has been the absolute best part. The platform itself covers all our needs. it's super customizable and automated but what really makes Method stand out from the others we've tried is the white-glove service. Specifically our rep has been phenomenal. For the last 40 days, we've had weekly Zoom meetings where we screen share, go over every question, handle customizations and just get familiar with everything. That level of commitment is what makes Method shine, great support can totally make or break your experience with software.
Cons
nothing was hard to use. We have a bunch of feedback and ideas we think could really benefit the platform and its users but those are mostly just improvements for our specific industry. It doesn't mean the platform is bad at all.
