“Modern solutions for traffic management
Pros
I like the close relationship we have with our Mobile Team Manager. We often send over minor issues and the MTM addresses them quickly or comes up with equally effective solutions.
Cons
It still has a few awkward features but they are gradually being addressed. I mean it just takes some time to identify them and figure out how to work around them.

It's a paperless system that allows quick changes on the go, providing the flexibility our industry needs.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the setup process is quite detailed and requires people with a good level of computer literacy to generate the necessary requirements.

“Mobile access is a huge time-saver
Pros
I love that I can use the app on my phone and it's so convenient to have it easily accessible at the end of the day to sign off saving me valuable time.
Cons
Sometimes a server issue can cause delays but it is not related to the software itself.

It has saved us a lot of time with scheduling, going paperless, sending training and induction notifications, managing registration and calibration reminders and using drag and drop scheduling for staff, assets and contractors.

“Saves time and paper but sometimes glitchy
Pros
MTM has saved a lot of time by making shift information more accessible and it is also helpful for getting a clear location of the job site, which makes commuting much easier. I also like that it eliminates paper, which I believe is good for the environment. Plus being able to contact anyone in the company whenever needed has been incredibly useful.
Cons
It sometimes crashes, preventing you from accepting shifts or even viewing the allocations. Plus being an online platform it can be cumbersome to use in areas with poor reception. Another downside is that it can sometimes forget details like signatures and other information on paperwork meaning users have to re-enter the data.

“The greatest invention so far
Pros
Using it has been a game-changer for me. Initially I was hesitant to replace our traditional whiteboard and systems that I had used for years. However once it showed me how simple it is to use and the benefits it offers, it is significantly reduced my allocation time, saved money on fuel, tolls and printing costs.
Cons
There is not much to complain about as I am just looking forward to the upcoming updates.

“Our staff get job details digitally but a little digitally
Pros
It is great that my staff now have job details on their phones and everything is confirmed through the system.
Cons
I can only assign one team leader per job although I can allocate as many traffic controllers as needed which is a bit limiting.
